Our charges are transparent and we keep you informed at all times where you stand. Our lower overheads compared to a larger firm enable us to charge less for the same work while ensuring we do not compromise on the quality of service.

If you cannot afford to pay our fees in full at the time of your instruction, we are happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements with you.

Our fixed fee packages cover all work until we receive a formal written decision for the application or appeal for which you have instructed us.

Please be advised that our agreed fixed fee does not cover disbursements, which are costs that are payable to third parties, such as Home Office application fees or fees for expert reports or barristers. However, we will not move forward without informing you of any additional costs and ascertaining your approval before these costs are incurred.
